About Scott B. Seymann

Scott B. Seymann holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey College of Business at ASU and a JD from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, and has spent the majority of his legal career practicing in the areas of personal injury/mass torts, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, and entertainment law.

In 2022 Mr. Seymann broadened his legal industry experience as Director of Operations for one of Arizona’s first Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firms representing plaintiffs in mass tort actions. He continued to practice law while working with private equity owners and stakeholders to build a critical component of the parent company’s litigation services portfolio. 

Mr. Seymann joined Trimaxian as General Manager in 2024 and manages syndicated funding deals for accredited investors interested in financing mass actions litigation. His diverse professional experience and passion for client advocacy, uniquely position him for this opportunity to help modernize the legal services landscape and increase access to justice for those in need.

Mr. Seymann is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, State Bar of California, U.S. District Court of Arizona, American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, National ABS Law Firm Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and California Lawyers Association.
